Xsensus, an Alexandria, Virginia-based IP law firm, is pleased to announce that it is expanding its federal district court litigation and PTAB trials capabilities with three highly experienced and successful IP litigation attorneys: Aaron Perez-Daple, Alfredo Perez de Alejo and Sarah Spofforth.

Mr. Perez-Daple is an experienced patent litigator with over a decade of experience, including first-chair trial experience. He has successfully represented clients in federal district court, at the International Trade Commission, and in arbitration. Former clients include Google, Ford, and Symantec, among others.

Mr. Perez de Alejo has successfully represented clients in federal district court and before the International Trade Commission, and has been practicing patent law for more than a decade. Mr. Perez de Alejo has been named a Thomson Reuters® Super Lawyers® “Rising Star” for IP litigation on three separate occasions. Former clients include Apple, InterDigital, and Yahoo!, among others.

Ms. Spofforth has extensive experience in complex, high-profile litigation matters, including representing clients such as Facebook, General Motors, Hitachi and Energy Future Holdings.
