Effective July 1, 2019, Xsensus is joined by attorney Marc Weinstein.
With over twenty years of experience, Mr. Weinstein will be a great addition to the firm. He thrives on building client relationships and developing innovative solutions, which are the core values on which Xsensus was founded.
Mr. Weinstein states:
“To me, moving to Xsensus means joining an innovative and entrepreneurial firm with the experience and flexibility to provide the highest quality work product while also delivering the kind of personal service capable of meeting all of our clients’ needs. It’s also exciting to rejoin colleagues whom I enjoy working with, and I hope to make many contributions to the further success of the firm.”
Andrew Harry, founding partner at Xsensus, echoed this sentiment:
“Marc’s capabilities and passion for his clients is an exciting addition to Xsensus. We’re all incredibly pleased to be reuniting with him as many of us worked together at another firm and know the value he’s bringing to our clients.”
Mr. Weinstein adds his expertise in a variety of industries such as consumer electronics, medical devices, semiconductors, telecommunications and more, and enhances Xsensus’ litigation and post-grant practices.
Xsensus is reinventing the way an intellectual property law firm works. By investing in the brightest minds and the latest technology we can deliver creative and innovative solutions to our clients without the overhead of a traditional IP law firm.
While larger firms are often trying to contain costs by having less experienced patent agents or technical advisors handle the work while being supervised by a partner, Xsensus is focusing on an open and collaborative environment between our experienced attorneys and our clients.
