This year has been hard on so many of us, and the Xsensus team wanted to spread a little holiday cheer by helping local families. Xsensus donated $10,400 towards ALIVE! to provide food and emergency assistance for Alexandria families struggling with food insecurities and hardships.
The firm based their donation on $10 for each of the 1,040 projected patents that will be issued by the end of 2020 thanks to the Xsensus team’s hard work.
In the season of giving, Xsensus is happy that their contribution will go towards helping their neighbors and community.

ALIVE! provides food and emergency help to Alexandrians in crisis and gives shelter and support to homeless mothers and their children. Over 30,000 Alexandrians struggle with food insecurity. More than 15,000 Alexandrians live in poverty.
At 15%, the child poverty rate is the highest in all of Northern Virginia with more than 63% of our public-school students eligible for free or reduced-price meals. Since 1969, ALIVE! has worked to create stronger futures for all Alexandrians by providing food, shelter, and emergency help.
