Noah Flaks is an attorney with over 10 years of experience in obtaining patents for foreign and domestic clients. Recently, Mr. Flaks has specialized in providing guidance to clients in a range of topics, including: dealing with 101 rejections; efficient patent prosecution strategies; patent portfolio management; and IP licensing.

Mr. Flaks is responsible for all phases of patent prosecution, including: application and claim drafting; responding to Office Actions; and conducting examiner interviews. Mr. Flaks also has expertise in presenting appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
