Joe Leone

Mr. Leone has extensive experience in securing, maintaining, and enforcing trademark rights in the United States, and frequently appears before both the federal courts and the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board in trademark and unfair competition matters. A 1992 graduate of Marquette University law school, he has been practicing trademark law for almost 30 years.

Mr. Leone also has experience settling trademark disputes via consent, concurrent use, and coexistence agreements.
