Matt Cichocki

Matt Cichocki is a seasoned legal / intellectual property professional with more than two decades of experience in team leadership, strategy, and operations. Prior to joining Xsensus, Mr. Cichocki led IP operations at an AmLaw 20 general practice law firm for 9 years, and before that he worked at a large intellectual property boutique for 12 years.

Before working in the legal field, Mr. Cichocki was in the US naval nuclear program serving the role of mechanic and Engineering Laboratory Technician (ELT) onboard a nuclear submarine.

Mr. Cichocki’s undergraduate studies were in business and his graduate studies were in law firm management, focusing on strategy, marketing and branding, client relations, team building, leadership, process improvement, and knowledge management.

Mr. Cichocki’s diverse experience and education add significant value to the firm.
