The IAM Strategy 300 ranks individuals identified by market sources for their exceptional skill and deep strategic insight into patent matters. It’s a different list from IAM’s other guides and rankings, earned through nominations rather than applications. This year, nominations came in from IP experts at organizations including Ericsson, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and IBM, so the company Brad’s keeping says a lot.
None of this is news to anyone who’s worked with him. Brad’s spent years helping clients build and protect patent portfolios, and he has a knack for making complicated IP strategy make sense, whether he’s talking with an inventor or a general counsel.
